Default SlimQuick...has anybody used this product?

I'm wanting to lose about 10lbs! I'm doing the 5 Factor Fitness Plan (though you're suppose to eat 5x a day...I'm so busy, I'm lucky to squeeze in 3 meals!)
I need something to help speed up the processes of losing weight!
If you have used these, any feedback would be Great! Thanks

Nope, never heard of it. The only thing that will cause you to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume. Eat less, eat better, move more. Everything else is just a gimmick.

Thanks. I've stalled out a bit so I guess I need to start running or something more intensive!

    Good luck to you too!

Hehe, no, I haven't tried it. But even though I'm mostly anti-diet pills, the commercials make me want to buy it. Heh, love the cartoon lady.

Agreed. There's lots of gimmicks. Yek is right. South Beach diet has been great for me. It really made mybody happy. Also try to do different exercise daily. Your body eventually gets used to it and stops. Add a little extra vitamin C to your diet maybe? Not too much, but a little.

Also green tea is good the cathecins are what most people say works. It may help you. Here's a good article from webmd:

Cinnamon is a good thing to add to your diet as well it helps general overall health:

Insulin is a storage hormone and is what tells your body to store fat. This is a good article.
These aren't really gimmicks, but jsut supplements that are easy and inexpensive to get that may help your body feel better. When you feel better you lose more weight. Also what are you sleeping patterns like? That can affect things too. Here's an article on that:

    Hope this is helpful.

I Love the cartoon lady too! I love how it addresses the 6 ways in which women have trouble losing weight: water retention, hormone balance, stress factors, low energy, irregular appetite and a sluggish metabolism.
I know it's slick advertising!!! But I love it lol

I've used it. I never notice a whole lot of difference with diet pills. I do have a bit more energy, but that's likely just from the caffeine. And I don't know if it's just me, but I have yet to find a diet pill that doesn't make me nauseous. Is THAT what they mean by "appetite suppressant"? That it makes you so nauseous you can't bear the thought of eating?

I can contact all my exes at once by drawing a pentacle on the floor, sacrificing a ram, and shouting "Hail Satan". Convenience is a must.
