So I danced for a couple Sunday night...professional types looking to get wild, a little goofy but very generous. The wife was very complimentary, said she wasn't normally attracted to girls, but seemed to take a shine to me. She asked me if I would give her private lessons. I'm not sure in what, exactly...she just said "teach me to be sexy."
I'm totally not a pole dancer or anything, and not a flashy stage dancer, but I have a good presence...sexy walk, sexy lapdance moves, etc. I figure I could teach her some bellydance warm-up moves, a little bit of floorwork/ab and butt excercizes, and maybe give her some lapdance pointers. No idea what to charge for this. What do you think???
She also asked if I could teach at a bachelorette party she is hosting later in the spring. I actually think this could be really fun. If it goes well, I might even consider doing it more, maybe advertising for clients, and starting a little side business. Again, I'm not sure what to charge. Not really sure what to do, either. Anybody done anything like this? Got any tips?
I though again, I'd do some basic bellydance warm-ups and moves, like hips isolations and boob shimmies. Little bit of floorwork, cause it's fun and easy. I also have some silly costumes I could bring, like french-maid, nurse, bunny, in case any of the ladies wanted to dress up. Other creative things to make it fun?
I'm really interested in making this work. I've taught yoga classes before, and been a bellydance student for a couple of years, and I'm a sexy dancer, so I think I can blend this all together into something pretty cool. I have the "S Factor" book, too. It's what I taught myself to dance from, and it's sort of geared toward an excercize class format.
Excited!!! I really hope this works out!
