I will be spending a couple nights in Arlington, VA next week. Any good club recommendations within a 30 or so mile radius?
Thanks in advance for any info!

Go to Crystal City Club it's in Arlington. Never been but I hear it's great. More like a sports bar and then a strip club. If you want lap dances you need to go to PG county or Baltimore. Britt works in PG county you could go throw money at her!!!!!

^^^
What??? No Waffle House rendezvous??? I am deeply disappointed...![]()
Actually, I had been looking at that place, but the overall reviews are not that great. I wonder if the food is any good?
Lapdances are not a requirement and I do enjoy good stage shows with interaction. I have been looking at Showcase Theater a bit...anyone familiar with it?
^ The best club in the DC area is Camelot. It's all stage, no laps, but it has a terrific reputation as a club where dancers will take special care of regs but will also sit and chat and drink and whatever with the many people who travel through the city.
Camelot is my home club.
It's a small club, two floors, with one stage on the first floor and a larger stage on the second. The dancers alternate between the floors, doing 10 minute stage sets of three songs each once an hour. It's full nude. This is followed by a tipwalk and then sitting and talking with customers. Dancer quality is very high. This is a "relationship" club, where high-spender regs have social lives with the dancers outside the club, but you can still have a great time if you are not a regular but are familiar with the club scene and know how to tip generously. Eventually you will want to take dancers with you to stage for tipping.
There is a full bar (it's expensive, though) and the food is dramatically better than what you'll find in most strip clubs. This is NOT a high-end gentlemen's club in appearance. It's more like a neighborhood bar. But you will enjoy the experience.
It's just across the Potomac on M Street in NW Washington.
Good luck!

^ I've always heard good things about Camelot from my regulars but never made it out there to audition. I thought about trying to work there a couple days while in DC but they won't let you work without taking regular bookings and getting on the schedule, right?
^ Right. Camelot is a commitment, and there's always a line of girls auditioning. They also recruit right out of the club all the time -- I've been in with different dancers from out of town and the night manager will send over one of the girls to recruit her. One time he did it on the same girl when she went in with a bunch of girlfriends, but was dressed up entirely differently. The dancer he sent over immediately recognized her and said, "That's W." The manger said, "Who?" "You know, TOO's W!" And the manager said, "no kidding, she looks even more awesome. They have been trying to recruit her for over a year!
The club is one of the last vestiges of the no-contact, full nude, alcohol and low drama clubs. Earnings are $250 - $700 depending on the girl, the population of high-end regs and the absence of anybody under the age of about 20.

TOO...Thanks for the tip...I had not come across that club in my searches. Seems like a place I would enjoy.
Dancers enjoy "assisting" in the stage side tipping? This is one of my favorite ways to pass time in a club.
How much for a nice time? Will a grand cover an evening? More? Less? Any favorite food recommendations?
Thanks again for the information. Looks like a nice place.
^ I'd need to know your tipping habits, time in the club and your propensity to engage in shots with the girls to be able to advise you on cost.
Most regs who spend more than three hours in the club will rarely get out without spending about $1,500 and up. But remember that those are the regs and the dancers congregate at our tables and basically spend the night there if they can get away with it.
If you tip ones or fives at stage, you can do fine with $1,000. The alcohol is expensive, though, and each round of shots with five or six girls is going to run $60 or so. Obviously, the girls drive drink sales like mad because that's the only way the club makes money at all (there are no tip-outs to the club and in fact the club pays the dancers a small salary).
If you tip $20s and in tandem with dancers, you will need about twice that bankroll, particularly when the girls are doing doubles. But once they know you are a special regular, they will bend down in the middle of a stage set and kiss you full on the mouth in front of the entire club when you first walk in. (Yeah, we've discussed this endlessly here in the lounge.) Tip 20s all night and my guess is that you will get special treatment.
A mixture of plastic and cash will get you through any night.
I am sure you'll have a great time.
We can waffle house rendevous in Maryland too. Hell, I'll come pick you up maybe!
I worked at showcase . It's little rough as far as seating a decor. However a nice assortment of pretty girls, and last I checked that's where britt is working. It is a high grind dance club.
Camelot's is nice. I'm going to try to get in there once the breasts are one hundred percent. I' d like a lower drama club.
I auditioned at Good Guys and it was no good, and another club, I can't remember what it was called. Not far from camelot. I left almost immediately. I went to the tiniest bathroom to change and it was filled with three girls who couldn't speak any english shooting up coke and waiving it my way, as if to ask if I wanted any. I walked to the bar and said I forgot my shoes. I never went back.

Okay, I am going to come clean. I have NEVER actually BEEN to a Waffle House. BUT I am willing to learn...![]()
I will probably be in Williamsburg once or twice this year. That is a little closer to Richmond. Perhaps I will make a journey that direction.
This trip is a short one and my ability to go out and check out the scene is dependent on how my work goes. Things go well...the Golfer gets to play...things don't go well...The Golfer has to work long hours...
^ Oh, one thing. They will try to seat you downstairs if they don't recognize you. The bouncers all communicate by radio and you can hear them whispering instructions from the door when you first walk in. Everybody in the club will know you are there the second you walk in.
They will radio that you are a newbie ("new guy") and unless you are with a hott girl, they will put you downstairs. Ask the bouncer if you can get a table upstairs and tip him $20 (don't ask the waitress, obviously, as she wants to keep you with her.) The second floor is where the girls congregate, where the owner and his wife hang out and the regs sit. Oh, a high-end reg entering the bar is announced as "one you know" or "one of us," sorta like the mafia. Go back a few times and spend enough and you'll rise quickly in the radio chatter!

TOO....beautiful scouting report. Thanks!
I am not into shots anymore (did too much of that in my youth). I do readily purchase drinks for others though.
Stage tipping is usually $5 to $20 depending on how much I like the lady in question. I also enjoy having a nice dancer near me to assist in distributing my "cheer". I generally spend a few hours in the club.
I will check out Camelot if I can get out at all. Thanks again.
One more thing...dress code? I usually go nice/casual. Will that fit in?
Go dressed nicely
Hey TOO.... if I can get hired there will you come visit me!!!!! Sorry just dreaming I guess.
^ Yes, club casual works well. You will see suits and ties, but that's lobbyists, media and business owners like me escaping from our regular world. By no means is that expected or required.
Frankly, if you spend enough, you could probably walk in nude with a bucket on your head and you'd be fine.
Since you are new, if there's any chance to bring along a hott girl (an SW ladies available?) that will get you to the front of the line. The line forms beginning around 11 on Fridays and Saturdays and it can get very long. Other nights you should have no line problems. If you spend enough and they recognize you the next time you go back, you will go to the head of the line.
I might be able to drive up and join you, depends on dates.
Maybe a couple hot sw girls could go..It'd be fun.
You'd have to take us out for waffle house afterwords though :p

I arrive Wednesday evening and depart Friday morning. A very quick trip. Thursday is a work day. May be a regulalr day and may be a long day (depends on how things go).
Of this week? Or next week. I'm on leave because of my current BA. So I'm pretty free on weekdays and open on Thursday night. Let me know if you'd like to get together, even if it's just for waffle house. I'd be glad to take you. It's a bit of a hike, but we could do it. I'm about 30 minutes from you, then it's a 15 minute drive from there.
I'd like to pop you waffle house cherry :p

Thanks you three for all the help. TOO...Camelot seems like a place I would enjoy. I WILL check it out. It is now my life's mission...![]()
This is a very quick trip. I may be able to sneak away for a couple hours. If I can I would love to meet up with Ajbaer at a club somewhere (Camelot if time permits). May even hit Waffle House. It's up to her. You would also be more than welcome to bring friends.
If I can't hit up Camelot this time, I just may want to make a special trip out there at some point (non-work related). It would be fun to get a group together and meet some of you. You could finally meet the real "goofy" Crizgolfer guy...
Thanks again..you all rock.

I could wear packer colors for one night. Just don't tell my dad![]()

hehehe...she plays for both teams...![]()
