Exercise. It increases the hormone that makes you feel full. Drink a lot of water, and other fluids. Also make sure you're getting enough fiber.

I have the same problem too
Exercise doesn't me help me, just makes it worse. I've heard that fiber does help though, take it before meals to help you feel fuller.
Also If you start forcing yourself to eat less, eventually your stomach will get used to the smaller amount and you'll feel less hungrier over time. I know this because I used to do it, it's uncomfortable at first but works. The thing that gets me is all the calories (alcohol) I drink at work.

Oh and hot water....amazing appetite suppressant. Too bad exercise makes you hungrier. It's bad for me the days I don't exercise I actually eat more. I think everyone is different.

I drink a glass of water before every meal. I pretty much down the whole thing and then when I start eating, I feel full much quicker. I still drink water throughout the day, as much as 5 or 6 20 oz. bottles in total, but doing this helps me to feel full without 'shrinking' the size of anything. Also, all the water you would be drinking is excellent for flushing out your system, great for your skin, and free!

I take Stackers and they make me feel full. But it's really not a bad thing to want to eat a lot....it just depends on what you eat. If you are constantly munching on fruits and veggies, then that's not bad. Maybe switch the foods you are eating if you can't stop.
Hoodia! It really works.

Lots of the hoodia on the market is not real hoodia, but supposedly the real stuff works great.
I used to take ephedra and it worked awesome, but it's banned now and really hard to find. Plus, it had all kinds of bad side effects (at least for me).
Someone I know drank those RightSize shakes or whatever and said they really worked to not make her hungry at all, all day long.
There are some diet teas I've bought from various health food stores that really realllly work to just kill my appetite. I can't remember what the names were, but I've tried a few different ones and they've all worked. They don't taste good, though, and supposedly you have to be real careful about how long you steep them or you can get sick.
I'm taking Puritan's Pride South African Hoodia. I got them at the Puritan website for dirt cheap. They don't taste bad, they're the powder in the plasticky-cover thingy, god I butchered that description but I hope you know what I mean

I'm sorry I don;t know a lot about diet pills/supplements, but I know some techniques and nutrition combos that might help.
a) Eat slower. WAY slower. In fact, your body will feel full sooner than you expect because it takes a certain amount of time for your stomach to signal to your brain that it's full. Try to make mealtimes last at least 20 minutes if you can.
b) Only eat when you're a bit hungry (not starving!), and make sure you stop when you are satiated, not full. Don't eat stuff "just to finish it" (that's what I used to do). After each bite, consciously ask yourself, "Am I hungry?" If the answer is no, package up what you're eating and tuck it away for later. When you get hungry again, go for it!
c) Try to eat well-rounded meals. Ideally, you should include a protein, some carbs, and a bit of healthy fat together in every meal or snack. The carbs give you necessary energy, and the protein and fat will fill you up. Plus, everything will taste better so you'll feel more satisfied.
Example: Toast w/ jelly? Boo!! Though ok once in a while, the jelly is empty sugar.
Toast w/ peanut butter? Yay! The protein and fats in the peanut butter will keep you going longer.
Once you start listening to what your body actually needs, you will naturally not crave big, heavy portions. I used to be able to pack away 3+ plates of any greasy food I wanted. I literally would not get full. Now I've gotten used to eating as needed, and I get full much faster than before and I don't crave excessively junky food.
Along those lines is to just eat what your craving. I know that if I want a quesadilla, I will beat around the bush and have healthier stuff and 3 meals later end up eating the quesadilla. If you savor what you eat and eat slowely you will feel satisfied sooner.
