I am having some tattoo cover-up issues (Dermablend SUCKS!) and ran across some stage and theatre makeup called "Ben Nye"
Just wondering if anyone has ever used it and if you liked it.
Thanks!

It works like pasty ass for me.

it's alright. i'd prefer dermablend to be honest.

I hear the lumiere eyeshadows work very well.

Do it for the present and future generations.

Ben Nye makes some great glitter paints that come in little pots but I don't care for the formulation of their concealers and foundations. (ETA: yeah those lumiere things, we posted at the same time). Otherwise, there are much better stage/professional makeup brands.
You might try ColorTration http://www.colortration.com/ It covers extremely well but isn't super thick cream and gross like Dermablend and similar prodcucts. its very lightweight, waterproof and sets like a powder. This is the best product I know of for covering scars, tattoos, etc. I really, really recommend it. You need sooo very little of it to get perfect coverage which means that it doesn't really rub off too much either.
I've heard CoverFX makes a total coverage foundation thats supposed to be pretty good. I haven't tried it myself but I think they carry that brand at Sephora at least.

I think that Ben Nye works pretty well at covering tattoos. Depends on the application tbh.
I agree though colorTration would work better but they a limited selection of shades for WOC.
My personal fav would be Tattoo Camo.. seriously go check it out.
