Lately I've been having to wake up around five in the morning, so it's pretty normal to be extremely tired. But I've been waking up this early for nearly two weeks now and sleeping maybe three hours a night and I still don't get sleepy till 2-3 in the morning. Shouldn't I be ready to crap out at like, nine at night? And even when I do force myself to bed early, it never works because my mind starts racing. These last few days I've had stuff to do later on in the morning, so instead of getting my two hours sleep I just skip them.![]()
