I adopted a 6 month old kitty today as a friend for Simone. Silly Simone doesn't realize it yet but they are best friends. She should realize this once she stops hissing at him...
He's adorable and very sweet. Pic whoring attached...

I loooove the name Claudius. In fact, when I can't remember someones name when I see them I just yell out "Claudius" because then everyone turns around to see who the hell is named Claudius and I get their attention easily.
Yay for new kittehs though!
This is the greatest news I've had all day! He's so fluffy and fantastic! Remind Simone that it's a very fine line between love and hate...if she rolls her eyes and chomps your finger, then it's definitely luuuuuuurve.

I was reading about cats the other day on Wikipedia and they had a picture of a really pretty cat that Claudius reminds me of:
Aw so cute! That first pic is rad.

Awww what a pretty kitty cat! My cat hates all other cats...I don't think he would like a little friend but he is old and surly. I'm sure your little girl will like her new friend in time.

Aww! She is so cute!

what a great tail!
He is officially the cutest, softest, most loving, partially deaf cat I've ever met.
By the way, Claudius is the name of the uncle in Hamlet who killed his brother and married his brother's widow - thus leading to Hamlet's crazy ass behavior. I am not as fond of the name.
I'm gonna call him Shakespeare to piss you off.![]()
O.M.G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gorgeous!!!
By popular request (Well OK I got one PM about it but let me have my little fantasy world) more pics. It turns out he's a little lame in his rear legs, which makes the choice of name even better! They are getting along pretty well now.
Also one of Simone b/c she's a cutie and shouldn't be left out. She seems to have assumed her late brother's love for napping in the sink.
He's actually quite tiny but the long luxurious coat makes him look heavier than he is. Whenever I pick him up it's like picking up a small bouquet of flowers or something, he's so light and thin. I've got to get him eating more!
In related news I now have the entire BBC series of "I, Claudius" on DVD. Derek Jacobi FTW.

I just want to bury my face in the belly!!!
My childhood cat used to curl up in the sink the same way. I love the one of C in the windowsill! Sun-warmed kitteh.
