okay, so i'm auditioning at a new club later this week and i was wondering if when you did your audition, did you tip the dj, bouncers, etc. afterwards? if so, how much? (this is assuming you've been told "you're hired".)

No, you don't tip at your audition. I once made $60 in tips during an audition and tried to tip the DJ and he refused to take it saying it was bad luck. Normally I don't make enough during the audition on stage to tip out and one shouldn't have to do it out of her pocket, especially if you aren't even working the whole shift.
I've only ever tipped when I was hired and told to. If you stay the whole shift after your audition, tip. If you just audition and sign up for another day, don't tip.
