    Default Loreal sublime question

I got Loreal Sublime Glow in medium, which is the daily use build-a-tan
formula. I got it after reading rave reviews of Sublime on this site. I'm wondering if i got the right product? Or were you all talking about the Sublime Bronze? Help a sistah out. Thx.

I'm not sure what reviews you are referring to, but they are both pretty good. I love the bronzing one, except for all the glitter in it. The gradual one is good too, just depends on what your going for.

I don't know if you were talking about my post, but I use Sublime Bronze (the one with the glitter). I've never used the Glow Build-a-Tan.

I use both, the gradual build a tan stuff and the actual instant tan with bronzer. These are my favorite products.

I much prefer the gradual tan stuff, it gives a much more even tan and is less orangy and streaky. I use it every day for 3 days to build the tan, then every other day to keep it dark. Eventually, it will start to wear off funny, espicially between by breasts from sweating, so exfoliate it all off and start over fresh.

I only use the sublime bronze if I need a quick tan today, and then keep it dark with the Glow stuff.

I use both products made for medium skin, although I am naturally pretty pale.

I like the Sublime Bronze in Dark. (The one with the shimmer).

I'm super pale and I use the medium too. One coat looks healthy to me and two coats is nice and dark. (I mean like applying it 12 hours apart).

I use the Bronze though. It smells like celery to me. Never tried the Glow.

I used to use the Sublime Bronze. I liked the sparkle and it gave a nice subtle color. It did tend to form orange stripes around the ankle straps of my shoes, and no amount of baby oil gel kept it from leaving orange smudges on my knees and a few other spots. It doesn't fade evenly, either. After I got a body scrub and realized how much nicer I looked pale and even once the tan was sloughed off, I quit using it.

I am loving this stuff! It's not streaky at all. I am naturally ghost white. Here's my after pic. BTW I look fat here but it's just my poor posture:

I find that baby oil really messes up the effects of fake tans/like an unpredicitable mess .

Sublime Bronze + a day poolside = perfect color! :-) But tan lines boo.

I can NEVER find that shade anywhere, but the medium works pretty well for me. I just stocked up at CVS because they were having a buy 1 get 1 free sale.

Is it the gradual tanner or the self tanner you use? I'm mega pale(cant tan to save my life) and have always wanted a colour like yours. Also do you use a seperate on your face?

The sublime bronze with all the sparkles is what I use, and its seriously the greatest I've ever used. Washes right off your hands (no orange palms or finger-cracks) and looks SO great.

The glittery-ness annoys me during the day, but looks HAWT at night!

I just don't put it on my knees for this reason. Like, rub it on all over my legs, except the front and back of knee. Then I put some lotion on my hand, and mix a TINY bit of bronzer into that, and thats what I use for the front of my knee, ankle, and top of foot, so they get a little color but not smudgey.

Whatever you do, do NOT get the spray form Sublime. That shit makes a huge ass mess and I wound up looking like a oompa loompa the next day.

I use the daily Jergens one and I love it, no streaks or funny colors with it. But i'm going to give the sublime lotion a shot & see, since a lot of ppl rave about it also.

I've used the L'oreal Sublime Glow, gradual tan moisturizer, and loved it. Beautiful color, and makes your skin shimmer.
