    Default Semi-Permanent Lipliner

Lipliner, if applied properly (meaning w/correct color and not too far outside of your natural lipline - blending well) can give you the appearance of fuller, pouty lips. How come more people don't get the "permanent makeup" instead of getting lip injections?

Does the perm makeup not look as good? I haven't ever gotten it.

I could not imagnine gettin perminate make up. I think its a stupid idea personnaly. Do you want a perminit line around your lips when your make up is off or your just wearing a gloss. I would definly do lip injections over perm makeup if i thought i had that problem.

Well, if it's anything like I do with my nude color lipliner, I wouldn't mind at all. As a matter of fact, I actually sometimes go out with only the lipliner on (no gloss/lipstick). So yeah, I wouldn't mind that...but maybe they couldn't match the exact shade I wanted or something...

I love lipliner! Was thinking about lip injections, but at the last second I cancelled my appointment because I love my face too much and realized I didn't want to fuck with it

I heard on Wendy Williams that 90% of people who have had permanent makeup are NOT happy with the results. You have to keep getting the permanent makeup done....the colors fade after a year or 2. My good friend had permanent makeup done a few years ago, and honestly you can't see shit now. Its a couple hundred dollars every year or so, so its actually costing much more money than just applying it yourself with real liner.

I don't know....its WAY less expensive just to buy lipliner and you can put it on in 30 seconds yourself. Just seems like the better thing to do

Well, I personally have permanent makeup, love it, and feel it was definately one of the best descions I made for myself.

I had my brows done with fine, hair strokes and my upper lash line is "enhanced" meaning my eyeliner is tattooed between my lashes so I have natural looking definition to my eyes and my lashes look fuller (rather than looking like I have eyeliner on 24/7). I got it done three years ago and it's definately still there with very little color fading... I'll probably have a touch up done at the 5-6 year mark, and my permanant MUA does it at a reduced rate ($75 for brows, $75 for lash enhancement).

I haven't considered permanent lipliner yet because I feel my lips dont need it. A gal I used to worked with had it done and it looked great! She had very pale lips and just had a soft rosy nude liner... it gave her just enoough color and definition for her days off when all she wore was chapstick.

Tattooing between the lashes? OW! Please tell me they numbed.

A girl I knew had her brows done, but she ended up looking very Joan Crawford. I hope it faded. The whole thing makes me nervous.

^^^ yes, she applied a topical numbing agent before she started. Just like any other tattoo, the area can look really intense for up to two weeks, then it mellows.

I did my research before deciding on a permanent makeup provider. Just like plastic surgeons and hairstylists, there are bad PMU providers so you have to interview them and ask for pics of recent clients. My brows look really good, people are amazed when I tell them they're inked on.

Just bringing up this topic again, I'm thinking about getting permanent lip liner, someone is offering it for $300 and says it lasts from 2-5 years, is it worth it?

I think Family Tree Dna is related much to health issues, If you want to try this, my advise is using coupon to save money since it costs a lot. One more thing is Using coupons to save money because it’ll cost you a lot. I found this website and think it is useful for you in your case.

If it fades, then it might be worth a try, once, to check it out? You could tell them to make it super light, and then get an idea of how it would look, and go from there. I've actually considered doing it too. Main reason being, I used to get lip filler (collagen), but it was heavy, and drew my lips and face downward, and I ended up with that "fake look" for a while. I used 3 different docs, bc I kept trying to get someone do to a better job, but the droop happened every time, so I don't get it anymore. Also, remember that fillers do move downward as they dissipate, so there will be gravity on your face at some point. For people with large faces, or plenty of fat on their faces, it probably isn't as big a deal. But, for me, the gravity and heaviness were obvious, as I have a small face with little fat. So I would need to get a lot more stuff done - have all my features balanced out. Which is more than I want to do.

My cousin from Texas is easily one of the most beautiful women in the world. My god she's beautiful, she's a cunt, and I no longer speak with her, however, she had her eyebrows done with perm MU, and you would never know it. She started out with thick, dark brows; then, she bleached her hair blonde, and wanted thin, lighter brown brows to match. She got them done years ago.

She is an example of someone who was beautiful to begin with (ala Kim Kardashian); then, got a couple things done to completely change her look - still gorgeous, just different. i.e., she went from a brunette with dark brows and dark eyes, to a blonde with blue contacts. She looks like a natural blondie with blue eyes now. Total cunt.
