i'm on day 3 of a really strict atkins diet. i've basically eaten no carbs at all, and just a heap of raw vegetables and steak, and a bit of cheese here and there. drinking a fuckload of water.
is it common to get really bad diarrhea at this point? seriously... it's like liquid. i don't have stomach cramps or anything and it's not painful. also even before the diarrhea started, it seems like there's more coming out than going in! my stomach is super flat. i haven't taken any laxatives or anything like that.
how can you tell when you've gone into ketosis? i wouldn't have yet cos it's too early, but is there a way of being able to tell?
