So I work out consistently about 4-5 days a week, eat reasonably clean, but for some reason I am having trouble shedding the 10 lbs I want to get off. I'm 5'3" and 125-128 lbs and before I had my kid I was 115 and I'd like to get back down to that, or somewhere closer to it.
I'm already using CLA, which helps me stay toned, but I think I need to add a fat burner, so I am using VPX Meltdown. I've read a lot of good about it and yes, you can use it safely with CLA. So I am going to give it a try and I will keep you posted on my results.
