    Running Into Guy Friends

Ok here's something I'm concerned about. I don't live in that big of a city so I'm bound to run into a guy friend/acquiantence who has only ever dreamed of seeing me naked.... soo... is that a common occurence? I feel really uncomfortable because a lot of these guys are mutual friends of my BF, but is this "normal" in the stripper world? And if... they ask for VIP I'll be so nervous

IF you live in a small town, yes it's possible. You run the risk. You have to decide how you would feel about it. Are you going to be OK with it if they run their mouths about it, any comments they may make. If you're trying to keep a low profile, you may want to see about working in another town.

Honestly I don't think I care. I already got a fucking STD indirectly from this stripper bitch I kinda knew, so in a way I think that was some sort of initiation... (Don't worry I got better. It was gross though... I learned never to believe a guy about std testing unless he has physical proof
I guess I'm more worried about my bf's reaction if word got around about so-and-so getting "x" from me. Should I just flat out talk to him about it? And is it acceptable to turn a guy down if he asks for a lap dance just because I think it'd be too weird?? (unless they offer me like 500 bucks then I totally would... but still you get my point)

I've ran into my step-brother, my cousin, my daughter's father's brother in law, and not to mention a bunch of people I knew in highschool it happens ! and yes you can turn them down you don't need to dance for someone just because they have money to pay for it.

Never dance for anyone that you don't feel comfortable about, whether you know them or not. If one of your boyfriend's friends ask for one, tell him thanks but that would be kinda weird.

You run the risk if you dance in the same state. In my case, I ran into someone even when I danced in the state over (NY).

I bumped into some friends from grammar school (3 of them) and didnt recognize them at all. Only when they said, "Arent you >insert real name< from NJ?" I nearly died, but they were super cool.

A few months later I ran into my cousin's best friend. (KILL ME) and then I ran into an acquaintance from HS who used to be obsessed with me. I wanted to DIE. Lucky for me, they were all cool and I didnt have a problem.

Just pretend you arent fazed by it and just be "matter of fact". "Omg, how are you???" Dont ever act like its a huge deal... just ask for them to keep it between the two of you since you dont "need" it getting out.

Lots of times they feel like jerks or losers for having been caught at a SC anyway. (ok some, not all)

Dance away from home unless you are sure you are comfortable when ( not if ) your family and friends find out ( based on your description it's bound to happen).

On a positive note ( from personal experience as a waitress in a an SC here in UT, not as a dancer) .... I did run into a high school friend of friend and I ask him not to tell anyone he saw me there . Knowing him, I'm sure it wasn't held back completely. It was never a big deal. No one brought it up and I think it was dismissed as a untrue rumor even though I WAS in there .

Thank God I don't have a big family, and I'm not too concerned about my friends knowing, but I'll let them figure it out for themselves

I do it all the time. I think I just stopped caring. Oh hi, Brad, how are you? Gonna watch my show? Cool. Can you get me a water? Awesome.

My friends come into the club all the time and I love it, especially on slow nights, because it's guaranteed money. My roommates and many of my other friends have become staples at the club, they get in for free, are on a first name basis with the owners, and get free drinks. If you have great friends who are not shallow-minded then it shouldn't be an issue. The most important thing is to NOT act uncomfortable. If you are uncomfortable, then they will be uncomfortable. I give dances to my friends often and most of them time we'll both be acting goofy and laughing. Your friends can actually come in handy because if other customers see you hanging out and laughing and such, they'll just think you're a really cool chick and want to get dances from you too. The other customers don't know you're friends with these people, they'll just think you're naturally outgoing. The best idea is to just go with the flow and not think about it.

I ran into a guy friend one night. He went to my high school when I was a freshman. It was not all that bad he wound up buying a few dances from me and was my first VIP custy. For me it was all how you work it, even your guy friends are custies.

I've ran into an ex-boyfriend who came in with all his buddies and applauded each time i took something off.... and when i lived in FL, I ran into a female friend of mine who had no idea I danced, that was a little embarassing.
