Eat more fruits and vegetables and raw food. Drink a lot of water. Excercise.

I did a caffeine and green tea diet that was fairly healthy and gave me good results. Every morning I had a caffeine tablet (100mg) and half a litre of green tea. The tea makes you not hungry and detoxifies you as the caffeine is a diuretic and appetite supressant. I did it for two weeks, lost over 8kg that I kept off. This is good for a photoshoot diet as well as the water weight just drips off...well...flows off.

Stock up on little easy foods you can eat when you're hungry. Tuna, whole wheat bread, yogurt, fruits, precut vegetables, etc.
Take Tonalin and drink tons of water.
Do more weights exercises at the gym. That's what I usually do at least. I can expand if you have questions.





Oh and I did a 'fruit of the week'... like Sex Kitten mentioned sorta.. it was an easy to eat fruit I left on the table I could have whenever. One week it was plums...another peaches... it made it a lot easier knowing I could snack, it was RIGHT THERE and I got to pick a new thing each week.

Get the book "The perfect fitness and nutrition game plan for your unique body type: fit +female" by Geralyn b. Coopersmith. It really is the BEST book I've read for overall female health regarding diet and excerise.





Stick with eating just protein (light and dark meat poultry and fish) and veggies. Cook with coconut, palm oils and/or ghee. Drink lots of water with added ionic magnesium and maybe a pinch of msm. Just enough protein where you feel energized and not drained. You might want to have more veggies on your plate than proteins depending on how you metabolize food. For me, it varies throughout the day and depends on my exercise.
