Hey there. I know a lot of gals have recently had BA's and there are a lot more that have gotten them in the past. Just curious what type of workout regimen you use/used and when you started.





My surgeon said no gym or any exercise except light walking for 6 weeks post op.
My implants were under the muscle.
I have a personal trainer and I was back as soon as the 6 weeks was up. We started off lighter than I had previously been doing because I had lost some strength and my chest muscles were still sore. Over the weeks we increased the weight and intensity.
It didn't take long to get back to my previous strength.
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.
