Its not CD because they don't have lotto and they're in NW.

Hoo, gosh. That's a tough one. I can actually think of several in SE that would generally be doing badly enough to want to sell the business. I've been to a fair number of small SE clubs due to their being bus accessible, and let me tell you, certain ones are real small and slow...
What the heck, I wasn't going to name names, but I know how hard it is to search out good clubs, so I'll leave something for the record so girls who are looking can find it. The "Tommy's" clubs range from bottom-of-the-barrel to just kinda sketchy. Dino's Inn --> now called Portland Strip goes through phases of good and lousy. Dream On Saloon went from being a good club to a hellhole with rain coming in through the dressing room roof, coinciding with the manager's slide into alcoholism. It may have bounced back in the last year, or not. No recent data to report.
"Doc's Club 82" as TUSCL informs me it's named, formerly Atlantis, etc, etc, has changed names and themes three times in the last three years, which can't be a good sign. Never worked there though. I haven't been to Club Cabos / Blush either, but heard down the grapevine that it was also more of a neighborhood bar. It went through a sports bar phase with no strippers at all and is weirdly now a strip club again.
I'm guessing it may be one of those mostly from the fact that it's headlined "Bar business." The really small clubs have a lot more money coming into the bar (and the video poker machines) than going to the dancers.
I also hear a rumor that Cocktails & Dreams has gone downhill, but have no idea on that one.
Hmmm....interesting...I would say Pallas or something but only $800,000 with real estate included would have to be a small place. 92nd street?
I'm confused, but the Chewbacca Truffle Shuffle cleared it up. - Emily
Definitely not Club Doc's 82nd. I'm friends with the booker there and the owners are a wife and husband team that are trying to make it a strip bar/sports bar theme. Money is picking up there (slowly, it's a really weird club for hustle), and the owners are really invested in the business. I don't think they're looking to sell it for a quick turnaround profit.
