So last night this wealthy looking gentleman with a tab asks that I come join him. He seemed nice, polite, funny, easy to talk to. Had a stack of funny money and ordered even more when I sat down. Turns out all of his drinks and VIP admission were comp'd as he really was the proverbial "friend of the GM".
He's eager to go to VIP and start spending so off we go. By the second song he's getting handsy and telling me he "knows how these places work" and winds up telling me he expects a handjob. I tell him there are cameras and I'd lose my job. Of course he says that since he's friends with the GM that would never happen. I stand my ground, he keeps pushing. Things are still light and flirty.
I have to go on stage and return to his table when I get off. He starts telling me we could continue to have a good time on the floor hanging out and he'll buy my drinks or we could go back and have a "great" time and I could get paid. I keep telling him that if he knows our GM he knows what kind of establishment he runs. The guys just keeps at it. Finally I get miffed enough that I start saying, loudly for those around to hear, that "I DON'T GIVE HANDJOBS LIKE YOU'RE REQUESTING." He tells me to quiet down or people will hear and I continue loudly calling him out. He finally stops the nice guy thing and literally flips to Mr. Hyde, saying that I was a liar and speaking in a scary, harsh tone. We had a fairly heated couple of exchanges and somehow he ended up getting a drink spilled on his lap (how that happened I have no idea!). He tried to get me fired and wouldn't shut up about it for the rest of the night.
He spent some time in VIP with a friend of mine later and requested the same thing. She declined.
Here's the best part: He holds a leadership position in local politics.
Did men learn nothing from the Eliot Spitzer? This guy has the nerve to come into a strip club and proposition and verbally abuse the dancers when any of them could ruin his career and marriage with one call to the hungry local paper.
The mind wobbles.
