Angry one guy in the club

Personally I think when there is only one guy in the club and he is sitting at the bar tipping then leave him alone. I hate it when dancers go try to get him to go for a dance. Why take the only one who is tipping? Can't you wait like everyone else??

Sorry, but I do this. If he's the only customer in the place, then it's first come-first served.

And on the other side, I don't begrudge any of the other girls if they take a tipping customer away from me, either. I know that if he's interested in me, he'll be back for me later, or he'll wait for me and not go with the other hustler.

But I'm not going to have a shit night because I'm not approaching the ONLY guy in the club. Sorry if that makes me a bitch, but I'm here to make money, not friends.

Also, is he tipping huge or something? Because most likely you're going to lose like 5 bucks? I mean, when those girls are hoping to make potentially a lot more, that's hardly worth the worry right?

^^ you can't hustle the rack here, but you damn well can ask customers at your rack if they want dances when you're done.

Yeah, sorry, all customers are fair game. As long as obvious etiquette like not asking when he's actually at your stage is observed, I don't see what the problem is.

    Same in Australia.
Our tipping here often starts at $20 too and some customers like to come in and get lots of $20 shows rather than being badgered in to just one private show, or take their time tipping and then deciding. Sometimes if the other girls keep pestering the guy will up and leave.
I guess its different everywhere though.

I find that if there is one guy in the club he wont stick around long anyway. Its generally pretty uncomfortable to be the only person in a place. they usually dont stay long so i guess u may as well try to get a dance before he leaves.
but i agree no hustling when your not the one on stage.

There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.

Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

For whatever reason, we have the one girl who has crap manners that sits in guys laps front row at the tip rail. She is not generally well liked. It might be different if she was actually trying to get a dance from him instead of just messing with everyone else's stage tips.

If he is at the bar, away from stage, then he is fair game.

I have bills to pay, and if I take him away during your set, I will tip you on my way to the back or later on to make up for it. But why lose out on dance money that usually is more than a stage call anyway.

If it's a hard coded house rule not to approach guys at the stage, then I won't do it, but otherwise, sorry. Gotta make money.
The last club I worked at said we could only go up to guys at stage during the first song of a girl's set, and that seemed fair to me. I'd feel rude going up to a guy if a girl had her legs spread in front of him, anyway. I won't ever sit at stage with the guy, though, unless I know the girl who's up and we're both tipping her.

I've actually only ever worked in one club where it was standard to tip a girl for taking a custie from her stage. More clubs should do this.

Is your stage inside/behind the bar?
