can anyone tell me an exercise that is good to tone the inner thighs?
i'm already doing a nightly workout regime of crunches, lunges, squats etc, but i want to add in something to target the inner thighs cos they're a main problem area.

Sit on your butt with your legs in front of you and put each foot on the outside of a chair or small table and squeeze 100 times then repeat if you feel like you need more. This is good and targets the inner knee area and up.
Have you tried doing ballet squats? You just move your legs to second position, slightly further than shoulder width apart, and turn your feet out like a grand plie. I usually do it with hand weights that I hold straight down in front of my thigh. I always felt this little tweak on squats worked my inner thighs more than the back of my legs/butt.
I really should take my own advice and do this more regularly. It definitely gave me a good burn when I was doing it for a few weeks. My inner thighs torture me.
ballet (or sumo as I call them) squats are the bomb! I do them as part of my strength training and I love how my thighs look while I'm doing them(they also target your ass, it's awesome)
running is good too, and a good stress reliever imo

Leg lifts every morning, on the floor in front of the tv. Cross one leg over the other to target your inner thighs.





Ballet-style plies and grand plies. Make sure your knees track your toes.
