Telling the truth is commendableand may mean you are more comfortable with yourself (ie weight and age) than the other women. If someone doesn't have the highest self esteem it may push them to fudge the numbers...
I agree with you though, it is what it is! Just because you are -insert age/weight here- doesn't mean you can't feel great about yourself!

I never lie about either. Im 28 and 100lbs and I tell anyone who asks. Although most guys dont ask how much I weigh but many ask my age.
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

I tell people my weight and age. I weigh a lot more than I look and look younger than my actual age.

No, I'm not ashamed of either.

When you look hot as you get older, I think it's more of a pride thing to state the truth. The hotter you are, the less likely you are to lie about your age. This is just a theory.

^^
i like that theory.
actually i love the reaction i get from people when i say im 28!! they don't believe me most of the time.

I lie about my age in the club. Then again, I lie to customers about everything.Outside of work, no I don't lie.
And I never lie about my weight...everyone can clearly see that I'm fat; what's the point in lying? I wouldn't be fooling anyone anyway.

this is what i am talking about, do you think they would believe u if more women told the truth? if more 32 year olds said they were 32 and not 28, then you would actually look 28. I guess it makes us look younger when older women lie, but does what i'm asking make sense?

^^
yeah i do. it's so stupid tho, they say no way you're way younger and i said well why would i lie and make myself older it's not like im underage and i have to say im older sheesh.

that's exactly what i say, why would i ever make myself older? and then there's the fact that i don't drink at work and they are like "man, you aren't even 21 huh?" and it seems crazy to me how gullible guys are.

they really are. i also hate it when they want me to guess their age. i really offended a guy once with that coz i thought he was much older. i never know what to say.

i always say 57 no matter what, it's funny

lmao!!! i should try that coz that would give me something to say instead of the blank stare.

I like/hate when people ask me to guess too because I'm usually spot on. And then they take offense.
One time I guessed up (the guy had really LIVED apparently) and my friend told me I was actually supposed to guess a younger age. Oops. People who have LIVED really shouldn't ask others to guess their ages.
I never lie about my age, I'm 23 and if your looking for an even younger stripper or whatever then so be it, but I look a lot younger too (or so ppl say) I do fib on my weight by about 10 lbs or so but that's a sensitive area since I gained 75 lbs with my pregnancy.
I don't lie. If they ask my weight though I may tell them to Fuck off! As for my age, I'm 32 and most people think I'm in my early 20's, so I'm kind of proud of that. If a guy has a problem with it, well I always made most of my money from being an outspoken bitch, so I'd be happy to list all his flaws (or kick him in the nuts, his choice).
i tell the truth. 26 is a good age. As per weight, people always guess my weight at 100-105 because Im thin then I have to explain dude, Im almost 5'8" - if I weighed 100 lbs Id look like a stick person...
I've never ever ever lied about my age or weight.
I'm 36, 118lbs.
I definitely agree that people who have "lived" should not ask us to guess their ages! So many men over the years have asked me to guess their ages and I really don't know why. Of course, I always guess young on purpose.
I only lie when it's a really, really young guy getting a dance. I'm 26, and I will tell them I'm 24. I know it doesn't sound like a huge difference, but when you're 19, it is.They still say things like, "Whoa... that's OLD... I thought you were my age!" Ah, the joys of looking young.
As for my weight, I don't think I've ever been asked, but when guys attempt to guess, they always guess low.... probably for the same reasons I pretend to think they are young.![]()
I don't lie. Why bother?
I'm 33 (going to be 34 in a few weeks) and I weigh (currently) 143 pounds (7 1/2 months preggers). Not preggers I'm usually around 135.

Since when did it become appropriate to ask about someones age and weight ?
But .... I don't see a reason to lie .

I'm fine with being my club persona while in the club, and I'm not interested in sharing the real me with customers (up to a point, of course).
I don't tell my real age, family situation or work life.
My life situation would only invite more and more questions, and I've noticed guys are persistent as it is about personal issues, from my real name to well, just about anything, etc. I think part of this is desperation to try to connect to a woman, and I think part is wasting my time while they don't buy a dance.
I've promised myself not to get bitchy or to flip my shit over this stuff to the customers, as in "real" life I've lectured on boundaries, but in the SC, I could cost myself a current or future sale.

"Don't piss off a motivated stripper."
I only lied about my weight when it got higher than my drivers license said. I figured no one really had a good reason to know my weight so why did it matter what I told them? Now that I'm below the weight on my license I'm considering going to the DMV and asking for a new one. I fought so hard to get it off though and that license number always bugged me.
