I have an obsession with wing sauce. I can't help it- I live with a bunch of guys, I'm "one of the boys", and we all eat a lot of wings. Boneless wings, regular wings, whatever.
In the spirit of being a little more "health conscious", I've tried cooking cubes of chicken breast in wing sauce, which is GREAT, although I do miss the breading.
Is this still horrible for me?

...) Archie Moore's wing sauce is one of the best tasting, and it's sugar free with only 15 calories per serving. Wing It is great too....the ingredients say it includes butter, but it's 0 calories (no clue). Or, you could just make your own with smart balance or i can't believe it's not butter! Tastes about the same.
