Seriously, why am I not sleeping. Is it SW that DRIVES me into this nutso staying up after a shift and no sleep before it?
I'm switching to nights, and it's not been easy sleep wise. But I'm fine at work and home from work. Going to work I feel so tired, because I'm lucky if I've gotten 5 hours of sleep the day before. Here's my schedule this week
Sun: 3pm-3am at club
Mon day: 8am-4pm babysit
Mon night: 7pm-3am club
Tues: 10am-6pm babysit
Wed: 6pm-3am club
Thurs:6pm-midnight (got to leave early)
Fri:6pm-4am
I could be sleeping in between but just can't. I get to bed so early in the am and my body wants to wake up at it's old time. It sucks ass. Hopefully I'll grow into my new schedule. I'm being a bitch to everyone, and I know it and hate it. Someone mentioned taking pamprin (eventhough it's for PMS) so help with irratability. I still have leftover flexeril too from my BA so I could take that to help sleep. I'm worried thought that I'm going to depend on taking something to help sleep ALL the time. I don't want to go that route. Any suggestions/comments?
BTW I'm quitting the babysitting thing. I gave them 3 weeks.
