Default what's the best health care practices?

I have been dancing for about five months. Although I worked crazy hours at first during break from school I've been working a pretty regular 3-4 six hr shifts a week. I had the initial muscle aches but now I feel fit and capable. However, I can't help but notice increasing back pain. I have always had a stiff back and attributed it to how much I move in my sleep although I try to stay flat on my back. I've gotten new aches on both sides of my spine where my back turns into my bum. It lingers through late afternoon. I have usually had 2-3 coffees or red bulls and I wonder if that has to do with it either chemically or because I'm just more active and alert and not focusing on it.

This leads to another issue.. my sleep habits. Like today. I worked last night and got to bed around 3AM. Today I woke at 1, went to a late breakfast and two coffees with the bf then took a nap at 4. Bf convinced me to head in to Boston with him even though all I wanted to do was lay in bed with a book or online. We had dinner and got in bed around 10. And now it's 3AM and I've been typing a paper and surfin the web without a wink of sleep. I'm only taking 12 credits this semester but on Mon (yea.. tomorrow morning) and Wed my first class is at 8:30 then two back to back classes from 12:30 - 6 so trying to nap isn't a possibility. I can end up very grumpy and unmotivated in class! This is starting to become a groggy cycle despite the longer days and warmer weather.

I really do need to work the amount of hours that I do at least until summer so the hours should maybe be easier. I am not working nearly as hard as I was this past summer.. around 60 hrs often working later than I do now restocking or cleaning my store when the mall was closed after working it all day then waitressing or babysitting. And the irony is how often I would drink myself into blackouts in the few night hrs I had because my options were to either pass out partying, sleep in my car, or lead a guy on for a few nights... now that I rarely drink or party I'm surprised I got any rest.. or got to work!!

I really want to make sure that I'm treating my body correctly. I feel that I'm getting some red flags. I wonder if maybe the pain is from bad posture or a particular move for instance. I also refuse to believe that I am truly tiring myself out considering I literally lived from job to driving aimlessly to job to opportunity to get fucked up and sleep and repeat. I'm treating myself so much better now so shouldn't I feel better???

My question is what kind of professionals/dr.s are going to best benefit me? Family dr? massage? acupuncture? physical trainer?? I'm also worried that due to the stripper thing I won't be taken seriously as a patient. I mean, I'd like to say that I think my shoes make my back sore to a dr and not have them imagine it to be from bending over doing BJ's all night and assume I'm a hypochondriac and throw some pills at me. Is this a valid concern? I mean, I had a dr freakin out about my belly ring telling me to get tested for disease even though it was professional, kept clean, and it was like two years old perfectly healed. People have their beliefs, ya know?

Sorry so long I'm just concerned and really hoping to get some good suggestions to make sure that I stay healthy and strong.

It sounds like your sacroiliac joint, or the muscles around it. It is from the shoes, and possibly from hyper arching your back. Chiropractors can fix it, and they take high heels very seriously.
