I'll join you! I just got off my period too and I swear I have never gotten so bloated in my entire life.
I can't decide if I want to make a drastic weight change right before my BA, but I can easily start working out more.

I recommend against drastic. Esp. if you're going the intense workout route. I just had mine done and did intense workouts right before and after my BA couldn't workout...which in turn made me STIR crazy. I think if I hadn't been SO over the top about working out I wouldn't have been so bad post BA. I felt like I was getting Fat SUPER fast because I wasn't working out.
Also, my DR rec'd against drastic weight lose. Your body needs a lot of nutrients to heal quickly and well, and if you're loosing drastically it's probably not that healthy...that is unless there is a lot of time between now and then.
Oh lord, I'm in. I am going back to dancing by June 15th and need to get back down to 115.....11lbs away!!

I am in as well. The no booze is inspiring. I am not strong enough to cut out completely but I am def gonna lighten my alcohol intake starting today.
I am gonna get back into my tons of water rountine and do small good worksouts throughout the day whenever i can.





oh wait, I don't really get on the scale. I'll be tiny in a month though.

i'm in deary, i started last week ( see thread http://www.stripperweb.com/forum/sho...d.php?t=113573) and have lost 2lb so far (need to update ticker!).
I came to the conclusion that what worked for me before was to take things slowly and healthily, cut out sweets, cut down on diet drinks in favour of water and i have to say i'm confident that most if not all of that 2lb is fat rather than water weight.
Sp now i'm focussing on the next week
I have a lot to lose but i will take it a week at a time.



I am in too. I have to work out at home right now so as to save money for my upcoming summer trips. Anyone else doing dvd workouts right now?
My biggest bad habit is eating too soon before bedtime.Gotta break that one.

I want to loose 10 pounds in 6 weeks.
June 16th I start a water aerobics class for (1 hour a day, 5 days a week, for 6 weeks) and I dont want to feel ashamed wearing a bathing suit. That will help me tone up and loose the last few vanity pounds that I want to be back at my high school weight.

I need it too. Actually, if I lost 5 pounds in 4 weeks I'd be ecstatic. I try so hard, and if I do so much as fucking look at a piece of cake I gain 5 pounds.





DFB : Do you have a home pole by any chance ? I love mine and I am much more toned since buying it a couple months ago. It's so challenging to learn new things that it doesn't feel like working out. Just eat a little less than you normally would of whatever you are eating and fill the gaps with fresh fruit / veggies. Have fun doing whatever excercise appeals to you. For example, if you would normally have 2 peices of pizza for dinner, have one, then have raw fruits / veggies ect. to fill that other half of your plate. You can still eat what you love !
I don't know if I've lost any weight, but I feel more toned, healthy , ect.

Oh ... another suggestion .... do run/walks outside . It's free and you don't talk yourself out of it while driving to the gym ect. In 30 minutes you can be completely done with your workout including transportation time ( since there isn't any ).

I'm in as well. I just hired a personal trainer and started working with him last night. He's going to kick me into shape (keeping in mind I just had a BA a month ago) and get me back to martial arts. 8lbs it is then. Are we all posting our original weights? If so, I need to get a scale, or use my bosses. I don't know if it's right though.

I created my own diet based on losing 2 lbs a week.
1250 calories per day, 6 meals per day. for meals it's 300 calories, 33 grams of carbs, 30 grams of protien, 4 grams of fat. Snacks is 115 calories, 12 grams of carbs, 11 grams of protien, 2 grams of fat. The reason I came up with that is because I wantred to have 40% of my total caloric intake from carbs, 45% from protien and 20% fat. Then I figured out how many grams per day that would be for each, and then broke that down to fit in with 3 meals and 3 snacks.
I searched for foods that fit those parameters, and created my diet based on what I like to eat.
Exercise that burns off 400 calories per day. I havent figured out what workouts will fit that goal yet. Im doing that now.
