So I ordered a pair of white 6.5 inch heels from EB.
I get them, wear them for one stage set (10-15 minutes tops) and both the bottom of the shoe and the part your foot rest on had come loose from the main body of the shoe.
Anyhow I look at thier returm policy and they only take returns on unworn products.
So I email them explaining the situation, that i've been buying from them for years and have always been happy with thier products and service and figure it's just a fluke that i'd get a wonky pair of shoes and ask if there is anything that can be done.
No response after 3 days.
So I email them again.
Still no response.
Anyone ever had similar issues?
I'm really bummed out. I've always bought from them and refer people to thier site all the time and i'm pretty frustrated I can't even get a simple email response of some sort.
