I know a bunch of you old school peeps around here remember what I used to look like a while back, but I started my new diet and training for MMA, and I have lost weight like CRAZY!!!

And this is from yesterday (Sunday the 27th) morning, as I was getting ready to go to base and see hubby bear:
So what do you guys think; good, bad, or ugly?
I still have about 5-7lbs of fat to remove and re-add in muscle, but not too bad for 3-4 months worth of work. Amazing shape for most women of my age, lol!
I also signed up for season 2 of Fight Skool (our local version of ultimate Fighter) and that VERY intense training starts in June; wish me luck girls!
