So i wrote a thread about starting my diet last week and i just wanted to update.
I lost 5 pounds as of today!
I completely overhauled the way i eat.
Now i'm eating tons of good veggies and fruits, lean meats and some whole grains.
I cut out the giant American Portions and all soda.
I'm also getting out and walking with my daughter (holy hell am i out of shape)
I'm not a huge fan of exercise but i am doing it anyway. I just strap on my sneakers, grab layla and get in the car. I stop making excuses and just do it!![]()
How is everyone else doing??
Some tricks that are working for me is :
i eat a snack (piece of fruit or almonds or veggie sticks) about an hour before my next "meal" this way i'm not starving when i sit down to eat and i can maintain a healthy portion size.
I also stopped eating after 9 pm
and only drink low cal alcoholic beverages
