For the last few weeks or so I've been considering going veg. I've decided that I'm going to do a little research this week, look for some recipes and if I need any supplements that I won't be getting in my veg. diet. I'm sure there are tons of threads, and I"m going to look. But if anyone has any more personal advice I'd love to hear it.
I decided this because I've been feeling like I need to get back to nature more. I feel very out of sync with my body and surroundings. I have this drive to be more healthful, meaningful and one-minded in my choices. I just feel all out of whack. This isn't the only thing I'm doing to get there, but it's one step. It'll be hard potentially b/c I don't think E wants to do it (he did it for 7 years, then vegan for 1 1/2) though, so there will be all these seperate meals and stuff. I'm willing to try it though. So by next Monday I hope to be ready to be a veggie-girl.

I will 'fess up though that I have cheated several times since I started this way of living 4+ weeks ago. Yes, I have eaten real chicken and a small portion of steak, I just couldn't help myself and it was right in my face. At least I didn't gorge though and got right back on the program. Last time though it wasn't as good as I was anticipating making it easier to abstain.
