^^ Ohhh I like that - I wonder what Im making hourly... brb... gonna go do some calculations...

$77/hr in April. Hmmm... not bad. If only I worked more than 56 hours a month... If I cut out 2 nights I didnt really work because one was the first night I went back and I just hung out with regulars I missed and the other I didnt want to be there Id be at $114/hr. for the month. THAT goes to show that when I dont want to work I really shouldnt.

$500 is mine too. If I make that on each of my four scheduled nights, I get the rest of the week off. Or if I want to go in a fifth night, I get to use whatever I make then for treats.

If I don't make $500 a night, I have to work 5 or 6 shifts to get as close as I can to my weekly goal.

OK, my number-one goal is: no drunkery. It's messed up my hustle to the point of now I feel like I can't even approach a customer sober. So I've got a few non-chemical ideas to get my confidence and hustle back, and I'm going to start using them instead of drinking.

    2. go to the gym every day before work. It would help my confidence if I lost weight, plus the energy boost always does good things for my attitude.

    3. save 50% of what I make

    4. stay OUT of the DJ booth and dressing room! The few people that I actually consider friends at work, I can make plans to hang out with outside. I need to stay focused at work and not waste time being silly and goofing off.

These aren't monetary goals specifically, but I know that if I do these things, the money will flow.

Open and don't leave until I've made $100.

I almost always make more than that, but no more leaving early on slow days when I only have $20 to my name. I don't want to think "maybe if I stayed" or to find out the next day that everybody banked after I left.

I'll add a monthly goal once I get an idea of how much I'll be able to work, I'm trying to get another job...

Well, I've already got one goal accomplished: $400 into my savings account! Yay! That much closer to getting my car!

To start going into work earlier so I don't have to pay anymore outrageous housefees, thus also leaving with more of MY money.

    Thumbs up Re: May's Goals

This thread is a great idea. My goals are:
~to continue working a regular schedule of at at least four (but usually five) days a week
~Pay 1000 dollars on my credit card (balance is 5800 and I'm trying desperately to pay it off)
~Save up the rest of my money for summer tuition (about another 1000)
~Begin saving for fall tuition (my goal is to have all the money for fall at the end of the summer, instead of scrambling to make it the month the payments are due)
    ~Put 1000 into savings account
~Continue saving a specific amount every week for quarterly taxes

I think that's it for me. We can do it ladies!!

    Do NOT leave early!
Make at least 500 a shift.

    Main goal:
Make 3,000 for my BA later this month in 3 weeks, hopefully sooner.
One goal down!! I started at Palazio last night. Unfortunately didn't make anything near 500$ and left an hour early, but made more than I would have laying on my bed at home like I was planning to.

It also was the start of my first four day work week, but I won't consider that a goal completed till after Saturday night

Still working on the 3k. I think I've gained a solid 1k after subtracting a mothers day present and gas, purely for surgery.

    How are yalls goals going?

Good! I've only worked 2 shifts so far-one was AWFUL the other was great. I have the rest for the taxes and a little towards the deposit. Hurrah! (Though my goals are pretty minimal.)

I like your breakdown! I tend to see the whole, not the sum of parts. That's prob why a grand seemed a lot more daunting to me than the way you said it, lol. I tend to kill my game before it's even started

Oh and update. I'm ahead of my last two months first weeks by $370. A custie from a loong time ago came into the club, that was the diff. So far so good.

Eh, I've been going into work earlier like I said I was going to, and I really haven't seen a difference in my money. I'm not used to not doing anything for the first couple of hours and I lose my patience easily. I guess it's going to take some getting used to. The nights I worked were also just not that great, though. 10,000 girls to like 20 custies. Hopefully, better nights are ahead.

Ok, I'm off to a late start, too. Here are my humble, Ohio-reasonable goals:

    -Make $3000 this month
-Not miss any of my scheduled days
-Clock in NO LATER than 8:45
    -Lose 5 lbs

2 weeks in and I'm not doing too bad. Stay positive, ladies!

I'm late too, but for the last 3 weeks of this month, my goal is to make a grand total of $3000. I'm working 4 nights next week, perhaps 5 nights for the next 2 weeks and I have eliminated all unnecessary spending. My biggest goal is to stop being too friendly with customers and being more focused on making money when I'm on the floor. (I talk with them so long that I feel awkward asking for money from them) Also, I am going to study hustle hut religiously and try out some new material bcuz the friendly, chill approach is only making me $100/night.

I'm off to a slower start than I'd hoped - 700 short of what I wanted to make this week - but I have tons of time to make up for it and I'm gonna work extra extra hard this week!

I should have looked into this thread before making a new one. damnit.

    1. 2400 in bills
    2. 2300 to move out
    3. 4500 in furniture for new place
    4. Kids schooling 400
    5. face injections 800
    6. Dental work 500
    7. Clothing 500

    Then::

    1. New apartment
    2. New living room/Kids room furniture
    3. Sell existing shit in the apartment minus what I'll need.
    4. toughing it out at a new club
    5. Not being such an asshole to my boyfriend and everyone else for that matter.
    6. Anything extra earned I'll pay up on rent, IRS and car payments along with in the bank for sugeries I want this winter.
    7. Our shifts are only 6 hours but I plan to work 5pm-1AM Monday-Thursday and Saturdays if i get enough guts. I hate weekends.
Then all I need to earn in June is like 5000 which I'm using for rent/bills and tour crap.
