I am officially on the Master Cleanse starting today. I'm sitting on my couch slicing and juicing lemons for the daily serving right now. I totally underestimated how many fresh lemons that would really take! I made a cup of hot lemonade for breakfast today and it was actually pretty good. Spicy and mild. I'm optimistic that I can make it ten days. If I start to feel anxious, I'll just relax and journal a bit about it or juice some more lemons. When its all done, I've promised myself a big plate of sashimi and a nice fruit shake.
