    Default discouraged.

I took my measurements this morning.
    They came out at 36-27-36.
For 5 feet five inches, that's not bad,but Ive been working out regularly for almost a month now,and I want to get in better shape so I can audition at this bar in my city.
My confidence is a little low, since Ive been out of dancing for a few years now.And Ive given myself a month to get more fit for the audition.I want to drop at least one inch off my waist.

I'm working with a trainer at the gym, but can anyone recommend a diet pill or something to help speed my metabolism,or tell me how they got in shape fast for work?
    I'd really appreciatte it.Thanks guy:-)

Hot Rox 2 times a day, rotated with Tonalin CLA and Green tea. I've been shedding weight like a champ. The hot rox makes you mildly speedy, but not the heart racing like ephedra does
I wake up, take 2 hot rox, 3 hours later the CLA/Green tea mix, 3 hours later hot rox, 3 hours later cla/green tea. Ask the trainer to switch it up a bit too!

Thanks AJ! Where can I find Hot Rox?And do you use green tea capsules or do you drink it?
If you take the capsules, how many milligrams do they contain?

Oh dear, sweetie with your last post that I just read, I don't think you should be messing with any diet drugs. Counseling and support will be many times more helpful. I wish you the best.

Your measurements don't sound completely outragous or anything. I am 5"4 and 36-26-36 and I look just fine to dance. I think you are probably worrying about nothing. Esp since when you first start dancing, you will probably lose weight.

Thank you.Last night was pretty stressful, but I do see a counselor on monday, and am in the process of getting back on my meds.Thats part of why I m giving myself a month before an audition. In one month I may be a bit clear-headed,then I'll see.

    Thank you for the post

How much weight have you lost since doing that?
    Also, what's your diet/exercise like?

You're 36-27-36? Girl, I wish I had your curves (I'm 34-26-34, same height). Your measurements sound great to me!

If you're not in 'great' shape at that, then what am I at 35'28'40? Oh wait. Hot.

Jus' sayin', it's not all about the measurements, it's about how you carry it - my measurements may not be the smallest (lol) but it's all in my butt, my tummy's flat with a little definition and my boobs, though small, are perky and cute.

Sure I wouldn't mind being 'smaller' but I tried that and it was very unhealthy for me.

Your Waist/Hip ratio is .75! The most attractive waist/hip ratio is (apparently) .7 - I don't see much wrong here..

OK I'm rambling, and maybe it's not helping, but I'm just saying be careful, you might actually be way hotter than you percieve yourself to be!

Thanks, guys. I just reread my post, and it sounds kind of diva-ish.

I didn't mean to imply that anyone here was less than hot,but it comes across that way after rereading it.I'm sorry:-(.

I just feel so nervous about auditioning after years of being out of the business.
When I was dancing before,I was a bit heavier, and wasn't satisfied or as comfortable as I wanted to be in my skin.I want to be a little more relaxed this time around.
