Default Which is cheaper--from a carbon footprint standpoint?

Printing an invoice once on the networked laser printer, then making a copy of same on the Xerox machine, or printing the invoice twice and using one of the printouts as a copy?

There IS the issue of not capturing my signature/accounting code on the copy (if using the laser printer), although I could replicate this part of the process on the printed "copy," I suppose.

Why can't you print one copy...sign it and all...and then scan it into your computer?

    Saves more paper.
