Bump! I was just going to start a new thread, but searched and found this one. I'm considering doing weekly massage. Bellasara: I'm answering a year and a half later, but I find that licensed theapist are better than student ones around 80% of the time. You'll usually get awesome student where I go, but occasionally ( only a few times in 8 years ) , I sort of sat there going " well .... I could have just rubbed lotion on myself " .
So ..... has anyone else tried a month or so of going weekly ? Did it help you feel better on a general less pissed off at life level ? Or do you go because of an injury and not just to destress ?
