Ok so I am getting super close to my pre baby body , I am eating right (most of the time ) I am working out like everyday , lots of water , all that good stuff . I know that your not suppose to be able to spot reduce fat BUT I think I am and I dont wanna ......I was equally chubby all over but my tummy bothered me the most , to its the most unfeminine place to be fat . Sooo I have been doing the turbo jam series which is great but they focus alot of your "core" ...........now my waist is getting skinny , I even have a two pack , I still have a below the button gut but ......
so I took some pictures to check my progress and my thighs are a mess and my upper arms are big and a little flabby still
This is weird because I always have had super skinny upper arms and I have been doing cardio ......
Is there anything I am doing wrong ? Something I should try for those areas ??? Please
