Default WHY do they keep changing foods?

Everytime I like something they have to change it, I swear! I love the original gardenburger, now all of a sudden it's some nasty mushroomy-burger. Bleck. Bring back the orig! And for that matter-Cheesy Checker cheetos. Argh, I hate new and improved!

Mourn with me, people-what do you miss?

I miss Hi-C Ecto Cooler (which is gone completely), and the original Twinkies. I will never get over how they ruined them!!

I miss when Rax still used to be around before Hardee's went and bought them all out. The roast beef sandwiches were good. (this was way back before I started eating healthy though)

I miss Cap'n Crunch Berries. Now they have blue colored berries in it, and eating artificial blue stuff makes me cringe-kinda like eating Windex.

^Gross, Tempest! Granted my only encounters with Roy Rogers are on the Turnpike at the Service Areas, but that is some nasty grub. Are ones NOT on the Turnpike better or something?

I miss Jello Pudding Pops. We found them again recently at Sam's or Costco and they either changed them or my memories of their deliciousness are wrong.

The one in Livingston Mall was amazing. Not as greasy and icky as the stuff on the Turnpike and the one on the NY Thruway is only SLIGHTLY better than the one on the TP.

Apparently, Ecto-Cooler lives on as "Shoutin' Orange Tangergreen" Hi-C.

I Miss Half-Fast Subs. Back when I worked in Boulder I could go get one of there pesto mozarella amazingness sandwitches easy, but now that I rarely leave the Denver city limmits, it's an hour each way to get there and the bus fare costs more than the sub itself.

I also miss Goodtimes Burgers, mostly cause there's not one near my house or conveniantly on the bus line. I think the closest is on Colfax and Clarkson across from the Fillmore Auditorium. Denver peeps: Is there still one on the Mall?

    Yes the crystal pepsi!!!

    Also:
Trix. Like, when they were just little colored balls, not all these nasty flavored fruit shaped things.

This oatmeal that used to come with a little packet of flavoring that you could draw shapes and stuff with. I loved that stuff.

    Squeezits.

Also-why are all cereals covered in chocolate now? I love my chocky, but choco-pops? choco-lucki charms?

Maybe in New York I could find Blue Bubblegum ice cream... Loved it when I was a kid (especially topped with gummy bears), but now it's very tough to find. Blue Bunny made it for a short while as a Monsters, Inc. promotion, but for now I have to make do with the Jones soda.

I miss the ole Oatmeal Cream pies. They switched the recipe awhile back and they're just not as good.
McDonalds used to carry a cheese danish. They were irresistable. Although I should be happy they're gone..they may have been part responsble for the ridiculous amount of weight gain when I tore my knee. Starbuck's new danish is Surprisingly similar...but the cost is higher.
