    Default Neck Majorly Stiff

I woke up yesterday with my neck SO stiff i seriously could not move my head. So I took ibuprofen, massaged it, put heat on it, took Vicodin later on, and continued to massage and stretch it throughout the day. I got to the point where i could turn my head side to side no problem but still hurt when I'd tilt it back. So last night I made sure to sleep with some sort of support under my neck.

Today I wake up, and it's even worse!! I can't move my head again, i can't even blink too hard or i just start screaming from the pain. I want to take something but i can even tilt my head back enough to take the pills.

someone help me, i don't know what to do, and i'm a little freaked out
