the inserts arent all that accurate so you shouldnt completely rely on them. just dont wear a push up bra so you can really tell what they look like, without the padding. you should focus on your questions mostly. i forgot a bunch of stuff i wanted to ask because it all seemed to go so fast and i was nervous.
so the second time around i had a bunch of crap i had to ask...

Those sizers suck balls. They weren't even true to my size or shape post surgery. When you wear the sizers your boobs look bigger in the shirt than they will post surgery. So, anything to learn from trying on boobs is that they don't portray your real post BA size and that you should go bigger.

I wore a white "guinea tee" (I'm Italian). My advice is to make sure you tell your PS that you are a dancer and that you want as big as you can handle, (if that is what you want). Keeping in mind the possibility of stretch marks, etc. Also remember that implants under the muscle will look smaller than those over the muscle. Most PS are conservative and want to give you something that is tasteful and natural looking. It took me 2surgeries to get the size I wanted. Once I told the PS I was a stripper, and wanted as big as my frame could handle without stretch marks, he went for it. I still wish I was just a bit bigger though. I have boob greed!

    I second that.

I wore a spaghetti strap shirt with a built in bra.. I didn't put any thought into it though, it's just what I happened to be wearing but it ended up working out pretty well.

Don't overthink it. Just relax. I think I wore a regular shirt with some stretch. It doesn't really matter as long as you can fit the sizers inside the shirt. Since I came from work (day job) I made sure I didn't wear a suit coat with no give.

I tried my sizers on in the bra, with no shirt. I think the look they gave were pretty true to size -- but I was just so freaked out seeing how big my boobs were, I didn't go as big as I should have. I second going a little bigger than you think.

This was true for me, too. I just asked to see the biggest size my doctor recommended and then one size bigger than that. I sort of held them; I didn't try them in my shirt. My doc and I ended up agreeing and I'm pretty happy with the decision I made. Good luck!

My PS had a couple different stretchy material T-Shirts that I used with the sizers.

I third that! When you try sizers. They sit over your skin and don't give at all an accurate portrayal of what your results would be. The implant will be mushed under the muscle, or at least skin so it will be much less protruding than the sizers lead you to believe. Go bigger than what ever the sizers tell you looks good, or you will be sorry!

I wore a tight ribbed tank, that worked out great. The doc let me use the office's stretchy bra to try on sizers. 550 looked huge and if I didn't know better that is what I would have chosen. I got 660 instead, but with later booby greed whish I had 1000's ! Go big!
