Things are going super well, and I've found all these great , healthy, proteinacious recipes. Aside from increased hunger (due to many reasons I'm sure) I'm really liking the diet. I feel healthier. I especially like tempeh. I've got some great recipes that I really liked, and I even found a tofu vegan cake recipe....surprisingly good!!! I'm trying to stay away from dairy and sugar..as even though they're ok to eat, they seem to be pitfalls that attract a weight gain.
