Default Improving my life - yay!

I've been on this kick to improve my life lately. Waking up earlier. Sleeping more. Yadda. I've been trying to figure out a decent 'project' to take my mind off drugs, sex, rock 'n' roll, etc.

I SIGNED UP FOR ARCHERY AGAIN!!!!

I used to do archery when I was younger and was always good at it. I just sent my applicaiton to join the local Archers' Guild and am picking up lessons again and am picking up my bow and arrows next week! I can't decide what to go for. Should I go oldschool longbow or a composite bow?

    I'm looking at this:

Price = $1,100 for the lot.
Anybody else do archery? Anyone else looking to improve their lives somehow? Also, any of you take other types of lessons to improve your life? Dancing?

What do you do in daily life?

I was thinking of taking gun lessons as well. I can't legally own a gun but I used to, shockingly, be INSANELY good on long-range shooting. I thought I might pick it up again for fun.

i'm actually on a similar kick. now that i'm not doing club work, i'm trying to break my nocturnal habits of staying up til 5am every night and eating junk food. been getting up at 8am, actually eating breakfast, and not eating junk food.

but best of all, i've started doing pilates classes again! i've done 3 classes already this week, and am doing another one tomorrow. i'm loving it. i feel sooo much better already.

I can't hit the broad side of a barn short range. I can hit a target the size of a golfball from 1000m though. So 'keep your enemies closer'

Yes I'm on a kick too. As per my facebook thingy - trying to get really good abs. So ive been eating healthy and exercising a lot. Actually my abs are sore right now YEY.

I have a really sexy picture in my head of u doing archery now.

How do u get up early tho? I did it once this week but every other day I just felt fucked so had to sleep again which pissed me off coz when i do get up early i actually feel less tired and dont end up napping in the afternoon.

I'm buying a nice bow to use in the backyard.
