    Default Stuffed shells...

You can stuff just about anything in a shell! Has anyone ever gotten creative with stuffed shells?

I just decided to stuff mashed potatoes and cottage cheese in shells and bake them in the oven with onions on top. Kinda like a perogie sorta thing. I dunno. Sounds strange but maybe good.

What else can you put in a shell becides boring ricotta cheese and maranara sauce?

    Cauliflower, broccoli and cheddar cheese.

Mashed potatoes and chicken sausage. Or substitute cauliflower for lower calories.

    Mashed potatoes and onion.

    Smashed peas and mushrooms.

    Sweet potato and brown sugar.

Those are just some ideas. I don't know how to make stuffed shells. How do you do it? I mean, how do you bake them for how long, are the noodles cooked, etc.
