I get the stomach ickyness when I drink more than one redbull.

A lot of low carb/sugar free energy drinks are made with Splenda/Sucralose, that can cause all sorts of problems for some people (myself included).
Here's a couple links:

I drink 8oz of Diet Rockstar a day. I weaned myself down from 16oz, but I get headaches if I don't have any. I'd like for my body to produce it's own energy, so I am cutting back slowly.
They taste fake and gross to me. I'm also incredibly careful with my sugar intake and even if they're sugar free, they have aspartame in them which is SOOOOO bad for you!
When I was working crazy split shift hours somehow I crept up to 7-8 a day from 2-3 a day over about 3 months. Then my PS advised me against taking anything like that for two weeks before my surgary.
Fuck.. I feel so sorry for everyone that had to deal with me for that first week. I acted like a junkie coming off heroin.
Since then I've made a point of never having them everyday, and trying to never have more than two a day. It's actually pretty easy because they mess with my meds and increase my insomnia now.

I used to drink sugar free V to stay awake at work. But i realised it was making me feel nauseated and get diarrhea. I dont drink them anymore. Plus the aspartame they use in the sugar free ones is really bad for u.
There are many stereotypes about the industry that I work in. Sometimes they can be true but human beings are very diverse creatures and cannot be pigeon-holed into one category.
Some of the most effortlessly beautiful, kind, intelligent, successful, motivated, driven and ridiculously hilarious women that I have ever met have been dancers. I've met the best friends that I've ever had in this industry.

^ Is that aspartame stuff in diet coke and other diet drinks as well?
Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.

It's in pepsi max and coke zero. Im not sure of all of them but you can just look at the list of ingredients to check if it contains aspartame.

and here is a list of diet drinks that do or don't contain it (scroll down to the table):

^ Thanks
(Not sure if I want to know though after reading some of those side effects)

I was experiencing a few of them - nausea, dizziness, diarrohea. Just felt like shit. I no longer touch any diet drinks.
I am trying to be healthy. I drink lots of water now and if I do feel like a carbonated drink I drink soda water.

I drink diet everything, and the only thing that gives me the uncomfortable stomach feeling is diet redbull. (sucks 'cause I like it!)

I LOVE Sum Poosie and Pirahna...but it's hard for me to find either one around these parts. Both of them taste really good and fruity, which is why i like them. I can't stand Red Bull and the like because it tastes so icky to me.
I drink a Go Girl on the way to work and one at about 11pm at work to get me through the rest of the night and through my long drive home. Otherwise, I try to skip stimulants outside of my green tea every morning.
I had a sugar free Redbull the other night and I was more tired than ever. It was like it had the reverse effect on me. What's up with that?

I like how the Chai Hai by Monster tastes. I actually had my first Red Bull like a week ago. I had to try hard to get it down, but I was totally loopy after doing so.
Do you guys get use to the energy that they bring after awhile? Like... if you're drinking Red bull five times a day, for a month... will it really even perk you up? Our bodies get used to stuff like that right? eh.

I love Red Bull. Love it. However, more than two Red Bulls in less than an hour gives me the shakes. Learned that while climbing my club's obnoxiously tall pole.
I often have a sugar free Red Bull at night to perk me up when I have to sit in front of the computer for hours working. I think I'm going to stop drinking them though because I've been really stressed lately and have horrible insomnia and I think it's making it worse by drinking Red Bull.
Pretty much anything but organic, natural juices and water are bad for you.
But the sugar free, sweetener added stuff is worse for your body than natural sugar, IMO.
Just look at Splenda, it has Chlorine added to it, to change to molecules! Who REALLY thinks it's a good idea to drink chlorine (AKA bleach)?!?!?!
Most energy drinks are way to sweet for me. I just end up with a stomach ache. I prefer 5 hour energy shots...they actually work on me and I can knock it back quickly.
Rock Star Juiced is awesome...but I am up all night. I have stayed away lately and switching back to green tea with creamer....now I just have to kick the creamer to lose those last pounds

I drank Amps every single day for a year, twice or three times a day.
I think that contributed to my weight game and unhealthy sleep schedule.
Just. Don't. Do. It.
It's. Not. Worth. It.
It's. Expensive.

Also, the last van. job I worked at, a lady (40's) died from a heart attack. She was a big fan of energy drinks. Caffiene's bad enough.
