    Default Baking soda scrub

I did the oil cleansing method, then scrubbed my face with baking soda. My face HURTS!! It feels raw and red and like I scrubbed off a layer of skin. I applied moisturizer, but that made it burn worse! What did I do? Ouch.

What did you mix the baking soda with? Maybe something irritated your skin a little too much or you have sensitive skin.

I didn't scrub too hard when I did it, but I also had a little redness and soreness, and baking soda itself can be abrasive by itself. It will probably calm down by morning, and if you do the scrub again, take the 'scrubbing' part a little easier

    You scrubbed too hard?

Girl, I don't use the baking soda scrub. I'm one of the few people that experienced a massive breakout because of it.
