I allready took all most a full bottle and have had no results.
When I took it last year I noticed immediate results,I got the same brand from Wal-Mart too. Hmmm... How long does it usually take to kick in for you?

I'd say about a month
and now 3 months later I notice a HUGE difference. I'm taking other things though as well so it could be a combination or the two, or just the other, or just the tonalin, or just the exercise. There's no way to be sure unless someone is taking it and has changed NO other lifestyle area. I changed a lot at once so it could just be that. I will say my skin seems tighter, and no other thing I'm taking makes that claim, so in my head I owe it to TOnalin.
I was just looking this morning and noticed that the backs of my thighs were noticably smoother. I took 3 Source Naturals brand per day for the month of April and didn't see a difference, but I didn't really expect to because as others have said, it takes about a month. I then switched to 6 Natrol a day last week, and already I notice this. I've been working out and eating right, it's true--but only for two weeks. I certainly don't normally notice a smoothing in cellulite this early.
*checks again* Yep, definitely smoother!

I take two 1000mg pills three times daily. I'm noticeably smoother and softer after about 3 or 4 days. After a week or week and a half my body is starting to feel tighter. I'm fortunate to not have cellulite so I'm not sure how fast those results come.

Some mistakes are too much fun to only make once.
I would say in 2 weeks I notice a difference, but it's best to take this routinely, but I always fall off the wagon and have to restart.

Now that I've been taking it on and off, after a week of taking it with diet and exercise, I see/feel results.
The first time I took it though it took about 3 weeks.

One thing to keep in mind in regards to this is that (at least with the two brands I've tried, Natrol and Source Naturals) each capsule is 10 calories and 1g of fat. For comparison, a daily intake of 6 capsules is 60 calories and 6g of fat, about the same amount of fat and half the calories as a glass of 2% milk or a slice of cheese. All in all, that's pretty low. It is true that adding oil to your diet can cause some intestinal distress, and obviously if you're already eating at or above maintenance levels, you may see a weight gain--but with the pills alone, that's unlikely.
The bottom line is that if you're seeing a weight gain when you start taking the capsules, check your diet and your fat consumption, and see if there are 60 calories of other food you can knock off to accommodate the EFAs.

the first time i took it, i was just changing my diet and not really working out too much. i saw way faster results than this second time around, where i was working out pretty hard and watching my diet. it's strange.
