I have done it a few times and was too impatient to keep going. It feels like little rubberbands popping on you and you have to go like 1x per week or something for 12-16 sessions and it takes like 2-4 sessions for you to notice, sometimes it does NOTHING at all.
You HAVE to continue all the time too or it's not gonna maintain, again if you even see any difference. They also tell you to do body wraps, eat right and workout (like all that is in the paper you sign saying if you dont do those things it may not work). It is 150 per session or if you buy all at one time it's like 1200-1600 up front.
I decided to try harcore working out before I continue doin it b/c it was uncomfortable, expensive, and hour drive and I hadn't really worked out so .. Saw before and after pics and wasn't impressed, the results could eaisly be achieved with working out.

I've found that alot of water and weight training very much decreases my cellulite. Doesn't make it go away but its the cheaper option.
Thanks meangirl...I've always wondered if they work or not.

ALl the treatment does is cause swelling so that it all looks more even (the little dimples fill in). It's temporary.
