Default Easy routine that is working

For the past week, everyday when I wake up I do...

    100 squats
    100 lunges
    100 crunches
    and
    100 push ups

It's really working, super easy, not as much of a burden as going to the gym, sets the pace for the rest of the day, and I have that soreness that tells me it's working.

Thats good that you've been so disciplined its easy to do it one day and just forget. I'm sure you'll soon see results telling you it's working too!

Do use weights at all for the lunges and squats?

^ I hold 4 lb weights, that's it. I'm kind of a weakling at the moment.

How do you do 100 squats?! Doesn't that kill your knees?

If you can do 100 squats and 100 lunges in one day (even without weights) I wouldn't say you were weak at all!

Yeah, 100 push-ups really? Girl ones? Since the boob job I cant do push-ups at all. My pec work-outs use only 3 or 5 pound dumbbells. Are your boobs over the muscle?

It takes me about 30-40 minutes to do all this. I definitely take breaks. I can usually only do 5-10 push ups at a time, and yes, girly ones, like this

It definitely takes a lot of effort, but there's something about the number 100 that I'm like "I have to do it!" Stopping at an odd number like 57 or 33 is annoying somehow.

Although I probably am going to skip lunges today. I can't walk on flat feet

God damn! I only do 36 lunges (3 sets of 12) 2 or 3 times a week and I can feel it. LOL There's no way I could do 100 push ups either!

Good for you girl!! I can do all the lower body shit, but 100 fucking push ups?? Oh my gosh. Unless you're talking the girl kind, I can barely do ten.

    I hear ya!

I do a circuit of 11 different exercises, 8 reps each one, 4 rounds. So 32 of each, with 10lbs weights.

But I am at the gym more than that with classes, and the treadmill and elliptical.

I tried this today with 10lb weights and I have to ask how in the heck u do 100 pushups?! I can do like 11 in a row before i need a break, you must be in shape. i will do it again tomorrow(in addition to my workout), this post motivated me . i wanna be able to do 30 push ups in a row.

Ok, so further clarification I am doing

Wall Squats - having no problems with these, but feeling them afterwards.

Lunges with 4 or 5 pound weights, but by about 60 I need to hold onto the kitchen counter.

Crunches with a twist, to target my obliques - these are really rewarding because you notice the tone you get immediately.

And girly push ups. This takes me the longest time, and sometimes I'll do 20, take a break and do something, or switch to hand weights because after about 3 sets I am DYING.

wait, youre doing this every day? arent you supposed to give a day in between or something? thats what i always thought.. i dont always listen to that but i thought youre supposed to do like abs and legs one day, and arms and butt the next, for example.

^yea, I've had to take breaks because I am so sore. I physically cannot do any more lunges or squats. It hurts to stand up and sit down.
