I noticed that my body has been really ineffective lately -- particularly at fighting off skin infections, like it takes FOREVER for cuts to heal, piercings get inflamed, etc. -- so I decided it must have something to do with my diet having pretty much zero produce in it.I been living on Cliff bars, bananas and peanut butter. not good, i know.
So I went shopping and got celery and carrots to munch on, baby squash and portobello mushrooms for stir fries, and blackberries to indulge in. but these things were all random. Does anybody know what I should be including in my diet for immunity boosting?
(Yeah... I have green tea and echinacea tea.)
