I didn't say Tonalin is the only way. Green leafy's, beta carotine, plenty of fluids and good fats help too. As well as topical essential oils (esp after a bath), excercise, lots of sleep and quitting smoking/drinking.
For me, nothing has really helped a whole lot... I've done body brushing, creams, diet, exercise- even when I was in the gym constantly and running 30+ miles a week, I still had it.
The biggest factor that I've noticed recently in how bad it is, is hydration. But you should be hydrated anyways for many health reasons. I think many of the suggestions from everyone on here are very reasonable, though.
Fake tans, flattering outfits, lighting, and stage moves help, as does learning confidence and acceptance of what you have to work with!


Okay I just started tanning again so maybe I will do that and I heard about a new cream that they tired out on the Tyra Banks show that says something goodbye celliute and the 10 viewers who did the challange said they seen a huge difference.
So tomorrow I'm off to target I go lol along with your guys sugguestions. I do drink tons of water and I workout about 5 days a week and I run for about 40 mins and then do the stair master for a total of 30 mins so we will see what happens if the cream works I will post for ya...

I didn't read that you were weight training. If you dont already its also a really good way to reduce cellulite. When I was doing that alot my cellulite reduced quite a bit. Lunges, squats, leg curls all worked very well.

did anyone ever see the dr 90210 where tabitha stevens got like a little face lift on the back of her legs to get rid of cellulite.
it was weird like they went to each little crease and ran a string through it and it disappeared, and it seemed like it was done with local anestesia.
i would do this if anyone knows what it is?


I am doing weight training I just started like this past week. I was just doing straight cardio but I figured okay now I gotta do squats and lunges along with all the other leg work..

Try rebounding (mini trampoline), I had a lot of cellulite and it's starting to diminish. It also improves lymph function. Once I get to my mid point weight loss I'll show pics.
