    Default Personal Training

So I get 2 hours of personal training a month with my gym membership (which I never use.)

The trainer that wouldn't leave me alone when I was on the elliptical keeps texting me, which isn't really that annoying because its easy to ignore a text. The thing is, he actually had a really good workout plan and I could probably use the extra push.

I feel like that guy in a strip club... who didn't even want a dance but ends up getting a dance anyway...

Should I go get my ass kicked tonight by a cute, friendly trainer? Or should I just do my thing on the treadmill and the elliptical like I usually do. Opinions?

    Lol

I would see how he is since you're paying for it. Nothing to lose and at least you can give him a good reason to stop texting you if you don't (or even do) like the workout.

Use the trainer. If they are really good and know their shit, it'll be totally worth it!
