Default letting yourself "go" a bit after retiring

I started dancing in 2002 and retired in 2006. I stayed pretty well toned, thin and well-maintained. I have been out of the business for two years now. I have started noticing this year I am not as "toned" as I was nor do I take as good care of myself as use to. I particularly noticed it this evening while noticing a girl that looked like a lot of girls I use to dance with (slim, blonde, tan, toned, etc) at the gym.

I know that my career now doesn't rely as heavily on my appearance as it use to but I guess I what I am saying is I would like to look as "hot" as I use to. And I would like to know I could do it again if I wanted to.

Any thoughts, ideas, similiar feelings, opinions?

Shit, I could've written this myself!

I keep telling myself I'm going to become disiplined again, but I'm an impressive procrastinator so we'll see what happens.

I'm finding it hard to take working out seriously after stopping dancing (8 months now) too. I've definitely noticed my muscles melting away and I just feel less "hot" in general
I dunno, maybe it was because I took having muslces for granted when I was dancing. I'd love to get into even better shape than when I was dancing, but finding motivation is harrrrrd! I dread being a "fat, sloppy ex-stripper"!!! I even have a pole, but I don't use it that much.. Hopefully one of these days the motivation will just strike me and I'll get all super-toned up!
good luck, I'm sure you still look hot ..
