Business license and the Rhino Vegas

    Hello Ladies,

Quick question, if you are hired at the Rhino in Vegas, would you usually be permitted to work that night, if you don't have a business license, or do you need to have one immediately on you? Do they let you off to go get one the next day etc?

    Thanks so much

Nope. Although some clubs let it slide for a week or two.....the Rhino is VERY strict about this. You MUST have your business liscense before you work!

The Rhino will not let you work without one, and neither will any other club I can think of.

It really is NOT a big deal to get one... if you get your Sherrif's card and B.L. in one day , it would take maybe 5 hours all together.... It's only a pain in the butt if you have no car, but it's still doable.

Yeah I do have the Business License, and have worked at Score's for the last 2 weeks without one, they really never ask for it there, I had a business license 4 years ago, didn't go back to dancing until now, and heard the renewal fees and late renewal fees will set me back approx. $800
so wanted to get away with it as much as possible.

    Thanks for your info tho'

Really? I worked at Scores too and the house mom took my liscence and S.Card before I even auditioned! Wierd!

Just so you know, you only have to pay I believe 85 dollars per year. I let mine lapse for a year and recently renewed it online

Wow $85 I read it was $100 and $100 for each year you don't renew. I guess I'll just go in there (the taxation office) and see what happens....

I have let mine expire before, and yes, you pay $100 for the lisence and if it has expired, it's an additional $100. So $200 total.

I have never heard it's $100 for each year. that may or may not be true.... Call and ask.
